Welcome to our home page of KIMCRAIGAN B&B offering comfortable accommodation on the banks of Loch Ness.
KIMCRAIGAN was built in 2001 and is situated on the north bank of the world famous Loch Ness - 6 miles from the centre of the highland capital Inverness.
You will receive a warm friendly welcome from our family run guest house . Not only is our house very comfortable and decorated to a very high standard throughout it also has the most impressive views of the Loch and the surrounding countryside. All rooms are en-suite and fitted with hairdryer, hospitality tray, complimentary toilettries, TV with free sat and free Wi Fi .
