Kimcraigan approx 6 miles from the centre of Inverness on the A82 Inverness/Fort William Rd. and 7 miles from Drumnadrochit, Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness monster exhibition.

There is a regular bus service into Inverness where full amenities can be found,- banks - restaurants - entertainment.

The house itself is tastefully decorated to a very high standard through out.
