Booking, Payment and Cancellation

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

To book or reserve a bed and breakfast room at the Kimcraigan Guest House you can;-

2. Email your booking request to xxxxxx@kimcraigan.co.uk and we will check availability and email you as quickly as possible. If you would like to do this now click here

To Guarantee Your Booking

We will require either credit/debit card details or cheque/postal order/Eurocheque in the amount of your first night's stay. Of course a cash deposit is acceptable if booking is made in person.

If you prefer not to email your full credit card details you could telephone us instead with the full details required. If you prefer you could send your credit card number in two parts on two seperate emails or send us your contact telephone number and we will call you to take your booking.

Cancellation

In event of cancellation or "non-appearance" this particular B&B operates the following cancellation policy: 100% payment in full for cancellation 7 or less days prior to arrival date and 50% of full payment due for cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival date. For a "No Show" payment in full. If we manage to re-let the room then we will only charge the above fees for the first night,   2 nd and subsequent days will not be charged.
